Paul at Funkwit has been making me laugh ever since he went on a rant about people who pronounce Target in a crappy French accent so it sounds like “Tahrzhey” and think they’re funny. Well, actually as someone who survived five years working at Target, it didn’t so much make me laugh as bring back memories of thousands upon THOUSANDS of lunatic customers who tried to be ironic about the fact that they were shopping at Target. If I had a dollar for every person I overheard calling Target either “Tarzhay” or, even more hilariously, The Red Circle Boutique (bwah!) I would be able to afford the therapy necessary to forget the fellow staff members that I dated. Oh, to be 18 and completely stupid again!
ANYWAY. Let’s get this thing back on track. Paul has put together an awesome RSS feed that will alert you every time Amazon updates their very cool listing of free promo MP3’s. Very clever and highly recommended.
And while I’m pimping some cool music downloads, don’t forget my little Uni Finalist brother who is updating his music blog even more regularly now that he should be studying for his final exams. Procrastination clearly runs in the family and I couldn't be prouder.
Ha!! I called it Tarzhay today! Because I think it is simply ludacrus...ludicrous...? crazy!!
